Summary: Processing and order entry of daily cases from the Product Support Group, in addition to collections for outstanding product.
Accountability, Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for processing cases for replacement product inputted by the Product Support Team.
- Determine warranty status for customer product, process replacement orders.
- Contact customers if warranty has expired and explain options.
- Order entry with emphasis on accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification / Skills:
- Customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Demonstrated customer service and people skills along with a Customer First attitude.
- Ability to learn company products, techniques and processes quickly and comprehensively.
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
