Summary: Responsible for ensuring products meet established assembly and testing standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.

Accountability, Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards


• Conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure finished product quality


• Assemble and test products to detailed specifications


• Operate any equipment necessary to perform job


• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards


• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition


• Follow prescribed safety regulations


• Firm grasp of ESD protocols


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification / Skills:

• Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience


• Product or industry-specific experience


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases


• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance • Attention to detail


• Communication skills – verbal and written


• Problem analysis and problem solving


• Judgment


• Decision-making


• Teamwork

Education / Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. (Electronics courses or electronics job experience is a plus, but not a requirement)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40lbs


• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
