•Facilitate ticket assignment you know the strengths of engineers on your team, and when to give them new challenges to help them grow
•Collaborate with the teams Development Manager to determine longer-term road maps
•Collaborate with business and systems analysts along with your teammates to grow and develop people, products and process
•Build the product! A solid portion of this role will be hands-on writing code, and well look to your senior expertise to set the standard for the team.
•Review code and provide technical mentor ship to engineers on your team (and across the company)
•Drive the appropriate use & implementation of technology to deliver high quality solutions
•Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
•Play the role of a technical lead defining the framework, technology, processes / best practices
•Be a top-notch coder on the team, capable of deep diving into implementation details of components
•Providing technical guidance and mentoring to other developers
•Creating prototypes (POCs) of new ideas

•5+ years' of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
•3+ years' experience in full stack development using Python
•Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following areas:
◦Web Services : REST/SOAP
◦Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Azure Devops, Jenkins)
•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups with all levels within the organization
