Sales Development Representative

Outside Sales

Monday to Friday

8 am to 5 pm

70K to 80K base salary per year + commission 

Primary Tasks

  • Investigate and research market and identify new leads, including qualifying leads and building contact lists

  • Call leads and make initial contact and awareness of DSI

  • Cold calling

  • Continuous development of potential customers for DSI

  • Prepare and implement a marketing plan for outreach and follow up Identify new potential customers and key opportunities and develop a plan to pursue them

  • Support the General Manager in US and Application Managers in Denmark in various sales effort

  • Utilize CRM (Superoffice) and systems to track sales efforts


Required Qualifications :



  • Technical know-how and background (either education or work experience). Preferably from the automation industry Good inter-personal skills

  • A willingness to try new methods and identify adjustments when needed for continuous improvement

  • Result driven and work with a proactive approach

  • Hunter mentality

  • Flexible in the way of dealing with people of different cultures and levels in an organization

  • Ability to explain complicated topics

  • Inquisitive, curious with a desire to fully understand before acting

  • Service-minded with attention to detail

  • Team focused, willingness to support and work with colleagues and partners from other cultures

  • Can adapt to new software programs quickly
