Make Ready Lead

A company that is expanding throughout the Kansas City metro area and has an immediate opportunity for a field-based Make Ready Lead to lead a Make Ready team in returning apartments to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the timetable established by the Make Ready Manager.

This is accomplished through the inspection of vacated apartments in regard to the Make-Ready checklist and customer requirements, supervision of a Make-Ready team, hands-on execution of Make-Ready tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.), among other duties.

This is a working Lead position, reporting directly to the Make Ready Supervisor.

ü  Base Hourly Rate: $19-21/hour

Experience & Requirements:

ü  Experience in the Multi-Family industry

ü  Ability to pass a pre employment drug screen

ü  Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check

ü  Active and valid driver’s license

ü  Job Type: Full-time

ü  Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
