This position acts as the liaison between the IT and Marketing departments, and our real estate agents. This position is responsible for assisting in the support of technology and marketing tools and resources to agents and employees in the branch office, to promote and be an ambassador for available technology and marketing tools, once trained.
Also, responsible for troubleshooting basic issues with office equipment and computer programs (basic Windows and Mac OSes, web-based real estate business programs, mobile devices, email and other digital technologies) – once trained.
Additionally, AECs will provide a concierge-level of service for agents when requested or needed – such as creating a flyer or drafting a marketing email – once trained.
This position also performs daily branch office operations and general clerical activities as necessary.
1. AGENT TRAINING:
a. Facilitate trainings (large and small group, one-on-one) to demonstrate and promote pre-approved agent/company technology tools as indicated by management. Additional trainings may be requested by broker.
i. Trainings will include company intranet tools (CRM, Home Match, Dotloop, Xpressdocs, etc.), national profiles, cloud storage and more.
b. Learn and promote new and updated software programs provided by the Home Office teams via email, sales meeting slides, and directly to agents.
c. Perform one-on-one training for agents who need additional assistance with our proprietary tools.
d. Communicate additional information to agents by presenting Tech Tips as provided by IT in sales meeting.
e. Provide proactive support to agents in a concierge manner, related to their marketing.
2. CONCIERGE SERVICES:
a. Proactively reach out to a set number of agents each week, to extend assistance with any marketing or tool-related questions or tasks they need completed.
b. Report results weekly to Supervisor and Agent Experience Manager.
3. TROUBLESHOOTING:
a. Provide proactive support to agents by using Help Site resources and other internal/external resources (ie: google searches).
b. Obtain detailed information to the Help Desk, to expedite resolution and escalation, if necessary, using template provided by Agent Experience Manager.
4. OFFICE SUPPORT
a. Assemble recruiting packets and materials to support broker, as needed.
b. Maintain office social media profiles and google business pages
c. Maintain positive environment and culture for office.
d. Promote company and office events to agents.
e. Maintain office resources available to agent.
f. Create and distribute monthly training calendar to office.
g. Minor event planning and coordination for Lunch-and-Learn events for office.
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Secondary education of some kind preferred.
· 3+ years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
· 2+ years of accounting clerk experience preferred
· Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business is a plus.
· Strong computer skills; Excel in particular. Will need very strong Excel skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Accuracy and detailed oriented very important.
· Strong math skills.
· Strong figure aptitude.
